Hi! I’m Mallory—a strategic thinker with a knack for transforming complexity into clarity. Over the last decade, I’ve partnered with industry giants and nimble startups alike, blending data, emerging tech, and cultural trends to create innovative solutions in the form of products, platforms, and experiences that drive growth for both businesses and their users. I’m fascinated by human behavior and obsessed with the intersection of technology and human needs, constantly pushing the envelope to find what’s next.

Building upon an international upbringing and extensive global travel as a professional, I have cultivated an innate ability to understand, articulate, and pivot between a number of perspectives at once. Whether I’m leading a team or rolling up my sleeves as a hands-on consultant, my mission is simple: to make the complex, simple, and the impossible, possible—all while fostering a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, and lifelong learning in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

I live and work in New York City with my dog, Stella, who you’ll see referenced throughout my site.

As a lifelong learner, enriching my perspective around the core themes of human behavior, technology, aesthetics, and futures is an ongoing pursuit. I’m particularly passionate about exploring the deeper questions of how technology intersects with humanity, creativity, and ethics. These topics have been a recent focus of mine:

Behavioral economics
Artificial intelligence
Design authenticity
Speculative design
Organizational psychology
Human-computer interaction

My creative energy is omnipresent in all aspects of my life. I’m an experimental hobbyist and I love learning new methods and mediums to express new ideas and emotions with. Exploring the boundaries and unexpected intersections of different creative disciplines, such as web design and quilting, or architecture and floral design, is particularly energizing for me and forms the foundation of my personal practice. This website (which I coded myself!) is an extension of this.

I collaborate with partners spanning early-stage startups to nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies to explore and develop strategic research and innovation initiatives in a freelance and consulting capacity. Because I'm limited in how many projects I can take on each year, I choose to collaborate only with companies that spark my genuine interest and where I believe my skills can deliver substantial value. If you're interested in working together, send me an email or book a call with me.
