Each sign acts as a geo-located digital hub, instantly connecting consumers with agent-curated content through the Compass RE App. Without the app installed, the QR code will direct to a download option. Agents can simply use bluetooth to sync their phones and sign, allowing them to remotely manage insights and content directly through their agent app.

Agents can connect directly to the sign via Bluetooth, managing content directly through the Compass Real Estate App. Consumers can engage directly through the signs built-in beacon technology, using the app to access a suite of listing information.

Scanning the QR code will take a user directly to the listing page or prompt them to download the Compass Real Estate app. Agents can customize listing information, such as videos, virtual reality tours, 3D floor plans, and photography.

When activated by a motion sensor, the sign illuminates with a soft, LED glow, engaging passersby within a 20-foot radius.
